The Red Cross and the Bolsheviks
In 1918 a group dedicated diplomates, including Raymond Robins, worked to establish ties with Bolshevik Russia and persuade the Russians to stay in the Great War. The were unsuccessful in both missions. However, Robins gained unique insights into Russian people and the Bolshevik leaders.
